She was born in the Fall River Community of Giles County, TN on December 20, 1915. Her parents were the late Clint and Bertha Fox Howell, she was preceded in death by her husband Roy Franks, daughter, Mary Esther Marino, son, Paul Larry Franks, brothers, Elmer, Aubrey and Razzie Howell, sisters, Elsie Garner and Emma Howell, a member of Lorain Avenue Church of Christ in Cleveland, Ohio.
Visitation will be Saturday, 10-18-2014, from 10AM until 11AM at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home.
Graveside services will be held at 12 Noon Saturday, 10-18-2014, at Fall River Cemetery.
Family has requested no flowers.
Survivors are: sons, Harold Franks of Cleveland, Ohio, Wayne Franks and wife Catherine of Lawrenceburg, TN, 10 grandchildren, several great grandchildren.
