She is preceded in death by her parents Herman and Evelyn Taylor Hickman, husband George Steelman Sr., brothers Arnold and Edward Hickman, and great grandson Carson Dyer.
Survivors include her sons George Jr. & wife Diana Steelman of Pulaski, James Steelman of New Hope, AL, Eddie & wife Christy Steelman of Leoma, Daughters Kathryn Kristiansen of Prospect, Jan & husband Charles Beecham of Prospect, brother Wayne Hickman of Antioch, 14 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Monday March 26, 2012. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday March 27, 2012 in the Carr & Erwin Chapel with Jessie Littrell and Whitney Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow at Scott’s Hill Cemetery.
The family requests memorial contributions to be made to the Growing Tree Building Fund at First United Methodist Church of Pulaski or the Scott’s Hill Cemetery Fund.
