Mrs. Smith was born July 4, 1963 in Germany to Harvey Lee and Patsy Annette Norwood Harper. She was a retired special aid assistant with the Giles County School System. She was preceded in death by her mother Patsy Harper, and her husband Tony Lee “Snake” Smith.
Visitation will be Tuesday May 14, 2013 from 4 until 8 at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home. Funeral will be 1 pm Wednesday May 15, 2013 at Carr & Erwin Chapel with interment in Minor Hill Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made at the Bank of Frankewing to help with funeral expenses.
Survivors include her father Harvey Harper of Pulaski, daughters Katie Smith of Goodspring, Shelly Smith, Jamie Lynn Smith both of Pulaski, brothers Tim Harper and Michael Harper both of Pulaski, sisters Dawn Smith, Leslie Hood, Melissa Harper all of Pulaski, Michole Harper of Goodspring, and granddaughter Natalee Hicks.
