Edward Peter Semanek, age 84 of Prospect, passed away Sunday March 17, 2013 in Huntsville Hospital.
Mr. Semanek was born September 16, 1928 in Boonton, NJ to Peter and Dorothy Simms Semanek. He was a retired engineer at Teledyne Brown in Huntsville and preceded in death by his parents and one son Wayne Semanek.
Visitation will be Tuesday March 19, 2013 from 5 until 8 pm at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home. Funeral will be Wednesday March 20, 2013 at 2 p.m. at Carr & Erwin Chapel with interment in Stella Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife Peggy Semanek of Prospect, one son Edward Semanek and wife Geneva of Harvest, AL, one daughter Lottie Turner and husband Jeff of Athens, AL, two brothers, one sister, five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
