She was born May 4, 1956, in Hammond, Indiana, to the late William B. and Sandra Betty Harris Ross.
She is also preceded in death by her brother, Joe Ross.
Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Johnny Brooks of Minor Hill, her daughter, Leslie Brooks and Johnny Sides of Jasper, AL, her sons, Scottie Haggard & Carol of Pulaski, Travis Brooks of Pulaski, Morgan Brooks and Eva of Minor Hill, and Joel Brooks and Caitlin of Lawrenceburg, her brother, Billy Ridinger and Linda of Athens, her sisters, Lynne Simmons of Athens, Mellissa Ross of Florida, and Patricia Haggard of Athens, AL, 15 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.
Visitation with the family will be from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Monday, October 12, 2020 at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home, where Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 13, 2020. Burial will follow at Giles Memory Gardens.
