Vivian E. Hughes passed away May 29, 2022. She was the widow of Tip H. Hughes. She was born in Rose, Kansas on March 8, 1931 to her parents Herbert and Goldie McMillan. She retired from the Colorado Lottery.
She is survived by her sister Marcie Starck; children Robert Hughes and Sheila Kovtynovich (Skeeter); grandchildren Nicole Kovtynovich, Danny Kovtynovich, Bobby Jo Hughes, and Felicia Simmons, and eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her grandson Tobias Kovtynovich and daughter-in-law Barbara Hughes.
Vivian was a long time member of Park Hill Baptist Church. She dedicated her life to Jesus Christ and spend most of her time studying the bible. She will be missed by her family and friends.
The funeral will be at the graveside for family only. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
