Faustino W. Lopez

Faustino W Lopez, 90, went to be with our Lord on Nov. 14, 2018. Faustino was born on Jan. 13, 1928, in Amarillo, TX, to Benigo and Claudia Lopez. Preceded in death by Elvira “Vera” Lopez his loving wife of 61 years; brother Benigo Lopez, sisters Clara Lopez Sanchez and Leandra Lopez Abeyta. Survived by his loving children, John (Mary) Lopez, Michael (Beverly) Lopez of Yukon, Ok, Debra (Hilario) Alfonso, Lois (Orlando, deceased) Garcia of Aurora, CO, and Monajoy (Simon Plasket) Lopez; Blessed with 13 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren; sister Martha Lopez Bawcum; partner Virginia Whittington. Faustino’s greatest pleasures were his family, wood-working and travel. Viewing at Imperial Funeral Chapel Mon. Nov. 26th from 5:30 pm to 6:45 pm with Rosary at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass at St. Leander Catholic Church 1402 E. 7th St., Pueblo, Tues. Nov 27th 10:00 am. Interment, Imperial Memorial Gardens 5450 Hwy 78 West, Pueblo.
