Darrell “Gene” Aumiller Jr., 65, has left this world January 6, 2018, surrounded by his family. He was born to the union of Darrell, Sr and Dorothy Aumiller July 27, 1952 in Pueblo. Gene loved his son, Ryan Bonjour (Angela), with all of his heart; his grandchildren Dominik, Alexis, Austin, Rylie, and Ashlynn; sisters, Rebecca Baker-Schultz (Ray), Donna (Ed, deceased) Dall, Linda (Skip) Robino; brothers, Raymond (Mary Lou) Aumiller and Russell (Linda) Aumiller; his niece and caregiver the last 11 years who will miss him terribly, Lynette (Chris) Cole. Also survived by many other nieces, nephews, great-great nieces and nephews; many longtime friends too many to list. Gene was an avid Bronco fan (until this year), a dog/cat lover and had the most amazing green thumb, his yards always showed his love for gardening. Gene also had a love for puzzles, Nascar races and shared a special bond with his great-great niece, Ahna who brought comfort to Gene during his final days.
