Born February 20th to Naomi (Winters) and Clarence Highline, Carol joined a brother Cecil (Nancy) Highline. All of the aforesaid preceded her in death.
Carol is survived by her longtime partner, Oral (OB) Bishop and his children and grandchildren; her two sons, James Shiflett (Jennifer) and Shawn Shiflett (Tanya); and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
At the beginning of her career, Carol worked at Southwestern Supply. She went to work at Excel Energy until she retired. Her retirement was filled with traveling, playing cards, gambling, social events, and happy hours. She never knew a stranger and she was the life of the party. Carol had a smile, a hug, and a kiss for everyone.
