Barry Lee Johnson, 67, of Pueblo, Colo., passed away on March 4, 2019, after a hard-fought battle with cancer. He was born Feb. 21, 1952, in Pueblo. He is survived by his mother, Patricia Johnson, his daughter and son-in-law, Kristen (Brian) Crosson, the joy of his life, his grandson, Sterling, his sisters, Lori (Lynn) Norwood, and Sherri Johnson, his niece, Kara (Pat) Handley, and great nieces and nephew. He was predeceased by his father, Leihman Johnson, and niece Jana Harvey. Barry attended South High School and received a Bachelor of Science from Southern Colorado State College in Pueblo. Prior to his retirement he was a Senior Engineering Inspector for the City of Colorado Springs. Barry had an unwavering love of the Lord and attended several churches. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandson, singing, and playing volleyball. In lieu of flowers, per his request, donations may be made to A Caring Pregnancy Center or The Vine Church.
