Uncle Art will be misses by all. I will miss his grin and the special way he had making everyone around him feel loved.

I will always remember the random prizes and smiles you have me during our family reunions. Uncle art you will be greatly missed

Going all the way back to Boy Scouts, Art Dennis was a solid and lovable role model for all of us. With common sense and a unique perspective on most situations, we all learned from him, laughing all the way!! Blessed Journey, Mr. Dennis, remember: all you needed was one good jerk!!

Art, my dear friend, I have so many memories of the good times we had together growing up on Spring Creek near Locust Grove, OK. Like the time a bunch of us went skinny dipping and a church group arrived to conduct a baptismal service. We had to stay in the creek until they left so we could retrieve our clothes. Or the time we took some of the boards off the bridge leading to our houses so the school bus wouldn't be able to pick us up the next day, but as fate would have it we would be seated in our desks that next morning. After repairing the bridge, of course. My family and I so enjoyed our trips out to Colorado to visit. I had planned on coming back to once again ride those four-wheelers across the mountain with you. So sorry I didn't make it. I will never forget you, my friend. Our thoughts and prayers are now with your family. Jerry and Louise Grooms

Uncle Art you will be missed greatly. All the memories and the fun we had with you are priceless. The four wheeler rides with you pulling us in the trailer with the cows chasing us and the fun we had on the mountain. Love you and Aunt Audrey  so much.

Uncle Art, you will be missed more than words can describe!  You will be remembered with memories of canoe trips, camping trips, almost running off Wolfe Creek Pass, the Sand Dunes, Art games with your great finds from the flea market (of which I still have a few dishes from), your mesh ball caps and many other things.  But I will never look at a pumpkin again without a big smile and a great memory of how you enjoyed seeing the finished pumpkin carvings at family reunion.  

Thanks for being such an awesome uncle for the past 50 years and for giving us Audrey to call our own.  

You will be forever loved!
