Oresto Ralph “Rusty” Ricci, 91, of Old Pocasset Lane, Johnston and formerly of Laurel Hill Avenue, Cranston for many years passed away September 22, 2015. He was the husband of the late Josephine (Roberti) Ricci for 68 years.
Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Domenico and Ines (DiCenzo) Ricci.
Rusty was an oiler for Plantation Steel and Aetna Bridge for over 20 years. He was also a WW II Navy Veteran and a member of Local 57.
He was the brother of Dino Ricci, Ines DiBiasio, Barbara Paolino and the late Edith Simone, Lena “Lee” Greaves and Dora Ricci and uncle to many nieces and nephews.
His funeral with visitation will be held Friday between 9:30 – 10:30 AM from the ROMANO FUNERAL HOME, 627 Union Ave., Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM in St. Mary’s Church, 1525 Cranston St., Cranston.
