Jennifer L. Choquette-Jackson, age 43, passed away May 19, 2023.
Born in Providence, she was a daughter of Laura (Choquette) and Michael Medeiros.
She was the beloved wife of Damion Jackson; loving mother of Ciara Choquette, Alexis Choquette, and Jaelynn Jackson; sister of Robert Choquette, Jason Choquette, Tiandra Choquette, Kristy Choquette, Michelle Medeiros, Taylor Medeiros, and Destiny Medeiros; cherished grandmother of Angel Toj; and adored aunt of several nieces and nephews.
Her visitation will be held Thursday, June 1, 2023 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 7:00 p.m. in the Pontarelli-Marino Home, 971 Branch Ave, Providence. Burial will be private.
