Guilmette, Jane F. (Kavanagh) age 70, of Metacom ave, passed away on July 3rd at Haven Health Care. She was the beloved wife of the late Leon Guilmette. Born in Providence,and a long time resident of Newport, she was a daughter of the late Bernard and Veronica(Connelly) Kavanagh. Before retirement, Mrs. Guilmette was employed by Miriam Hospital as a Receptionist for many years. She was a kind person who will be missed by many. Beloved sister of Owen Kavanagh of No. Providence, she leaves several nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Kevin, Claire Kavanagh, and Anne Bergmann. Her funeral will be held on WEDNESDAY, at 8am from The RUSSELL J. BOYLE & SON Funeral Home 331 Smith St., PROVIDENCE, with a Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Name Church Camp St, Providence at 10am. A graveside interment will follow in St. Francis Cemetery.
