Born in Providence, he was the beloved son of Sandra M. (Ford) Manning and James P. Manning and his companion Tracy. Loving brother of Carissa M. Manning and her companion Jeff K.
Awesome uncle of Nathan and Victoria. Step-brother of Nicholas Boivin and Aliyah Manning.
James was a devoted grandson to his maternal grandmother, Donna (Fandetti) Ford and the late Albert J. Ford Sr., his paternal grandmother Susan (Davenport) Manning, and her companion Robert Cole, and the late James G. Manning. Nephew of Gary Manning, Deborah (Masi) Manning, John and Joseph Ford and his companion Heather and the late Albert J. Ford Jr. Cousin of Mariah, Gary and Michael Manning, Breanna Ford and the late Areanna Ford.
At the young age of six, James was enrolled in gymnastic lessons. A sport of competition that inspired him to become a certified gymnastic Judge, up to level 10 within New England, which he accomplish at the age of 17. He enjoyed the sport and working as a NAWGJ Judge for the past fourteen years. He was a graduate of CCRI, receiving an Associate Degree with High Honors in General Studies.
James will not be forgotten, but greatly missed; he was a loving, kind young man.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, 9-10:30 a.m., in the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Mark Church, 9 Garden Court, Cranston. Burial will be private.
