Eugene F. Martin. Jr

Warwick Eugene F. Martin, Jr., 75, of Palm Boulevard, passed away Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. He was the beloved husband of Rose Marie (Gemma) Martin. They were married for nearly fifty years.Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Eugene F. and Gladys (Theaker) Martin, Sr.Before retirement in 1998, Mr. Martin was employed with Quebecor Inc. as a pressman for thirty six years.He served his country proudly in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict.Besides his wife Rose Marie, he leaves three sons Eugene F. Martin, III and his wife Renae, Gregory T. Martin and his wife Emily, and Timothy S. Martin and his wife Kristen; two loving grandchildren, Colin and Ryan Martin; a brother, Thomas P. Martin; and two sisters, Lois Rioles and Jane Phenix. He was a brother of the late George Martin.The funeral will be held Monday, at 8:45 am, from the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Road, (Rt117) Warwick. Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in Saint William Church, 200 Pettaconsett Ave, Warwick. Burial, with military honors, will be in Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter. Visiting hours Sunday, 4 - 7 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Diabetes Association, P.O.
