Emma Ann Silva

Emma leaves her beloved sister Donna, with whom she resided, her brothers Frank C. Silva (Lydia), John A. Silva (Ann) and her sisters Angela Carbone (Anthony) and Linda Simmons (Gregory). She was also the sister-in-law of Judith Silva, sister of the late Joseph Silva Jr., Maryann Ferrante and her husband William, and Ralph Silva. Aunt of Sarah, Gina, Deanna, Rayna, and Julie and many great-niece and great-nephews. She also leaves many cousins who will miss her dearly.

Emma loved her visits to Casinos, enjoyed cooking for family and friends and always looked forward to her summer vacations at the “Beach House” with her dear friends. She leaves behind a core group of friends that will miss her dearly.

Her most treasured title was “Auntie” and from the oldest to the youngest she showed all her nieces and nephews love and never ended a conversation without expressing that love. But her “Babies” were her great nieces and great nephews and each of them were the light of her life.

Her funeral with visitation will be held Thursday at 9:00 A.M. from the PONTARELLI-MARINO FUNERAL HOME, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence followed by a service in the funeral home at 10:00 A.M. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston.
