We will honor him with a memorial mass in the upcoming weeks and again on the 1st anniversary.  His name will be added to our memorial of Deceased Members located in our main hall.

Dear Christina and family,  So sorry for the loss of your father. Tony was not only my best friend but l thought of him as a big brother. I will always remember the good times we shared at Prov. Gas. Especially our time together in the weld shop. We always managed to have fun while getting the work done. I will always be thankful for the times he played Santa for my son and daughter. He will be truly missed but always remembered in my heart. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

         I would like to offer my condolences on your loss. Anthony was a great person. From when I  was a child until forever anyone that knew Anthony only had good words to say about him. I have many memories from way back in the days and they are great memories. I sat yesterday in the church and began to think back and it was very emotional. There are so many good things to say about Anthony but yet I do not know what to say. He is now in a better place and he will always be remembered. God Bless your family.

I knew Anthony since elementary school (St. Ann's) and through high school (LaSalle). Unfortunately we lost touch over the years, but I'd get updates from mutual friends. I remember him as a genuinely great person.

I would like to say something about my cousin Anthony Pirolli. 
I loved him like a brother, I will cherish the countless happy memories I had with him, be it ball games, the many family gatherings, the Knights of Columbus, or when it was just he and I on so many Saturday afternoons just sitting in the backyard listening to music while solving the world's problems from our lounge chairs, those are the times I will remember with a smile.
I remember many times we would plan our vacations around the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays so we could enjoy each other's company, listen to the Christmas music and enjoy so many laughs together, the highlight being when I played Santa Claus on Christmas Eve for Christina and for the kids of so many of his buddies from the Providence Gas Company. Santa and his assistant in a blue Fiat, not a sleigh, but it was just as fun! 
Anthony was a good dad to my cousin Christina, a good husband to his wife, my cousin Patty, whom I loved with all my heart, one of the most giving and loving people I ever knew in my life, who also was taken much to early. In my life the two most giving, unselfish people I ever knew were Patty and my Auntie Frances, Patty's mom, they put others before themselves, always, to say I miss them is an understatement.
You always knew where you stood with Anthony, he told it the way he felt, and that was another trait I admired, because when you tell how you feel from the heart, you know you're always getting the truth, and that is what people are looking for, the truth.
The day after my mom passed Anthony took the time to call me, he gave me condolences, and he told me how proud he was of me the way I took care of my mom, and he loved me, and loved my mom so much, to me that meant everything because it came from him, a person whom I loved and admired so much, I had met Anthony at age 16, when he started dating Patty, and here it was, I was 58 years old. I told him I loved him, I was praying for him, little did I know that would be our last conversation together.
I saw Anthony at my mom's wake, we didn't get to talk, being in line greeting people our time was limited to a hug and condolences extended. I could tell he wasn't feeling well, and he didn't look well, and my heart broke even more knowing what he was going through.
Even though I knew it was coming, on Friday when my cousin Mary informed me of Anthony's passing, I was deeply upset, I had lost another person whom I loved dearly, looked up to, and who was so much a part of the best times of my life.
His suffering over, I know Patty was there to meet him, to take him home to that place where suffering and parting are no more.
To my cousin Christina, my sincere condolences on the loss of your wonderful dad, from when you were born he was so happy, and I will always remember your dad taking you on Saturday mornings to Lincoln Woods to see the ducks, to walk around, just to have father daughter time, and there were other places, but Lincoln Woods always comes to mind. You took such good care of your dad Christina,  you gave back to your dad the greatest gift a child could give, unconditional love, the love your mom and dad gave you throughout their lives, being there for your dad as you were showed him just how much you loved him.
RIP Anthony, thank you for the laughs, the wonderful times, and for giving me some of the happiest times of life.
God grant you your Heavely reward, Amen.

My condolences to the Pirolli family on the passing of Tony. I worked with Tony for many years at Providence Gas Co. Tony was very instrumental in procuring many of the benefits that exist today at the gas company. He was also known for his whimsical wit and humor.  He will be sorely missed.
