Thea brought so much love and joy into our lives and to all of those who knew her; she always had a smile or a hug for everyone. She will forever be remembered for her gentleness, grace, and kindness towards all. She always looked out for others and would put them before herself making gifts or sending her love in some way. She will continue to stay with us through the memories, the laughter and the love.
Thea loved sports and always shared her passion of skiing, snowboarding and softball with others. She spent the past few seasons instructing skiing and snowboarding at the Hart Ski Hill and many seasons playing softball in the Lower Mainland as well as in Prince George where she touched the lives of so many people.
Starting as a young child Thea had a deep love for all animals and would often try to bring home more. Her cat, Capone was her constant companion for 13 years. She loved the outdoors and camping as well as countless hours being curled up with a favorite book.
She is lovingly remembered by her parents, Mom Jess (Josh), Dad Warren, Stepmom Gabriela, Stepdad James, Brother Cody, Grandparents Maxine (Dave), Bill and Betty, Rick (Sylvia), Cindy and Terry, as well as her Great Oma Thea, her Great-grandparents Clarence and Olga, Siri (Bob), and her boyfriend Angus along with his family, Chris, Bini and Erin. She will be missed by many including numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and a very extended group of friends and teammates. Thea was pre-deceased by Grandpa Peter, Grandpa Greg and her Auntie Princess (Diane Louise).
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, if you would like please make a donation to a charity of your choice. A bursary is also being set up in Thea’s memory.
