Mary "Merricee" Talley

Mary C. “Merricee” Talley, 79, of Prattville, passed away Saturday January 13, 2018. Visitation begin at 5:30 PM Tuesday January 16th at Ridout's Prattville Chapel followed by a Celebration of Life at 7:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with Dr. Ken Jackson and Pastor Fred Bailey officiating.

Mary was born on November 25, 1938 in Conrad, Montana to the late Frank Wilson Stuart and Cornelia Roberts Stuart. She was a longtime member of the Trinity United Methodist Church and was highly active in the Stephens Ministry and the EMMUSE Ministry. She also was associated with the Autauga Interfaith Care Center (AICC). She was a woman of strong faith and strong love of God and will always be remembered for her kindness and willingness to help anyone in need.

She was preceded in death by a son, John Talley. Mary is survived by her loving husband, Frank Talley; children John Peace and his wife Sandra, Don Peace and his wife Deb, Cindy Peace, Susie Brown and her husband, Kent, Tamara Monson, Eddie Talley and his wife Mary Ellen, Frank Talley and his wife Kim, Thomas Aldebron, Theresa Gantt, Vickie Talley; a sister, Sally Parris and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family members and close friends.
