Gregory Edward Bowman

Gregory Edward Bowman, 52, passed away January 11, 2023 from injuries he sustained in an automobile accident. Greg was preceded in death by his parents, Rev. and Mrs. Ed Bowman and his sister Ruth Ann Bowman. He is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Gina Hilbish Bowman; children, Tyler Bowman and Leanndra Bowman, all of Prattville, Alabama; sister, Amy Bowman Williams (Phillip), of Lebanon, TN; brother, Chris Bowman; nieces and nephews, Luke Williams of Massachusetts, Sarah Bowman of Prattville, Eden Williams of Huntsville, Elijah Williams of Tennessee, Micah Bowman of Prattville, Aaron Williams of Tennessee, Miri Williams of Tennessee and Jonah Williams of Tennessee; uncles, Don McFall, Birmingham, Rich Bowman (Janet) and sister in law Elizabeth Bowman, of Prattville; brother and sister in-law, Ken and Lisa Hilbish, of Troy.

Greg was an Eagle Scout and was well known in Prattville for being the Troop Cub and Scout Master for Packs Troop 111 and starting Troop 191 in Millbrook, Alabama. Greg was also a paramedic in Montgomery and Hurtsboro. He was the Cheerleading Booster Club President of Prattville High school for 3 years and loved taking pictures for several Prattville High School athletic events. At the time of Greg’s passing he was the office manager at Blue Ridge Mountain Water and Coffee in Montgomery.

A funeral service for Greg will be Sunday, January 15, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Ridout's Prattville Chapel with the visitation one hour prior.
