Bonnie was born January 23, 1946 to the late Frank and Helen (Cardinell) Murdock in Canton, NY. She attended Canton Central School and married Gerald V. Snell on October 19, 1968. She worked briefly at the Potsdam Laundry and was a telephone operator for the Syracuse Telephone Company for a time. She was a member of the Red Hat Society for a period of time, and was an avid Trump supporter and New York Yankees fan.
Bonnie is survived by her 7 children, Tracey Snell of Dale, TX, Gina (Marc) Ahrens of Ogdensburg, Geri Lynn (Ricky) Wilson of Parishville, Jamie Snell of Parishville, Jonathan (Stephanie) Snell of Parishville, Kelly (Andrew Finen) Snell of Parishville, and Laura (Patrick) Nolan of Munnsville, NY; a son-in-law Craig Rombough; brothers Jack Cardinell, Thomas Cardinell, and Scott Cardinell; sisters Linda Bascom, Terry Walrath, Kathy Sharpstein, Sheri Smith, Dawn Daniels, and Lori Church. She is also survived by half siblings Tim, Frank, and Melanie Murdock, 16 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband Gerald, three infant grandchildren, a brother Rodney Cardinell, a sister Carol Cambridge and a half-sister Debra Murdock.
Bonnie loved being a homemaker, she was an amazing cook, and enjoyed decorating her home each month. She was the backbone of her family, quick-witted, honest, and spunky. She will be missed by many who knew her.
There will be no public services at this time. A private burial will occur and a celebration of life will be announced at the convenience of the family.
