Longtime Portland physician Dale Reynolds died of natural causes at home. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Phyllis Roy; children David (Ann), Stephen (Anne) and Susan Loftesness (Randy); and granddaughter Kate Loftesness. Donations in his honor can be made to the Oregon Food Bank and the American Red Cross.
