Colleen Frances Martin was born on October 27, 1965 in Portland, Oregon and passed away on June 12, 2021 at the age of 55 with family by her side. She lived in Portland throughout her life and graduated from Madison High School. Colleen then attended Western Business College before beginning a career in the insurance field. She worked in management for Moda Health until just prior to her passing.
Colleen married James “Jimmy” Martin March 28, 1992, and together they had two sons. She enjoyed traveling with her family and spending time at their beach house in Seaside, Oregon. Colleen donated much of her time to the various sports organizations that her sons participated in and loved to spend her free time baking. She committed her life to her family and was always willing to help in any way that she could.
Colleen was preceded in death by her parents Ann and Frank (Cliff) Johnson, as well as siblings baby boy Johnson and her twin, Craig Johnson. Colleen is survived by her husband Jimmy, sons Jeremy and Jared, sisters Cindy Burke (Frank), Cheryl Benson (James), Connie DeVaney (Tom) and Christine Uerling (Russ) and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 1pm Saturday, June 19, 2021 at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church with a Celebration of Life Gathering immediately following. A private burial will take place at Mt Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
