Audrey Lani Hoke Johnson was born January 18, 1948 in Hawaii to Richard and Sakae (Hirata) Hoke. She attended high school in Hawaii and married Clayton Johnson in 1971. The family moved to Portland Oregon and Audrey worked as an insurance underwriter and for Maxim Integrated, retiring in 1998.
She loved to cook for her family, and only considered herself complete when she was with them. Christmas began in October for Audrey, and she had several decorative themes that she alternated between. She loved to travel back to Hawaii to visit her Ohana, and had a huge heart for animals of all kinds.
Mrs. Johnson was preceded in death by her Grandparents, Parents, and brother Tino Hoke.
She will be missed and remembered by; her husband of 51 years, Clayton Johnson, her son Rayn Johnson and wife Melissa, children Taylor and Timothy. Her daughter Erin Anderson and husband Derick, children Makena and Dawson. Brothers and sisters Judy Ortiz and husband Lawrence, Richard Hoke and wife Patricia, Joyce Vidinha, Leonard Hoke, and Harvey Hoke. Numerous nieces and nephews, and her animal companion Missy, a Siamese cat.
A Celebration of Life will take place Thursday, December 15, 2022 at 11:30 am at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home, 11801 SE Mt. Scott Blvd in Portland, with a committal service to follow at 1:00 pm at Willamette National Cemetery. Guests will then be welcome back to Lincoln Memorial for a reception.
