Shirley Louise ( Grothe ) Morris Past away peacefully surrounded by family Dec. 19,2022. She was preceded in death by her husband John Clarence Morris Jr , her parents, Charles Albert Grothe and Carrie Mae ( Wise ) Grothe, as well as her Great grandson, Robert John Moody. Shirley was raised in Sand Beach Pa. and traveled with her husband and family to many states, and Countries while she supported her husband in his military career. Finally ending up in Maine where after a long illness she passed peacefully in Hospice in Scarborough Me.
She leaves behind,2 Daughters, Karen (Morris) Wolf, her husband Richard, Christa ( Morris) Stewart and her husband Brian, and 8 Grandchildren: Jaime (Jones) Moody and her husband Robert, John Cunniff II, Bridget Cunniff, Teresa (Wolf) Heckman and her husband Glenn, Paul Mogel Jr, Richard Wolf, David Mogel and wife Janet, Tina (Wolf) Miliouskas and husband Steven; 8 Great Grandchildren: Trevor Moody, Glenn Heckman, Brent Heckman, Raven Wolf, Kathryn Mogel, Madison Mogel, Haley Miliouskas, and Paige Miliouskas.
Shirley will be cremated and her ashes ill be taken to Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, Texas to be buried with her husband.
