Robert Edward Cole, “Bobbo,” 76, of Westbrook, Maine, passed away peacefully on September 30, 2024, leaving behind a legacy filled with love and laughter. Born on January 25, 1948, Robert dedicated over 30 years to the grocery business, where his crude sense of humor and goofy jokes brightened, and likely offended, the days of many.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 46 years, Pamela Cole, his daughters Grace Herrick (Joseph) Stephanie Lavaway, his acorn (Lucien), and his cherished grandchildren Kailynn, Ben, Matthew, and Gianni. He also leaves behind his sisters Debra Cole and Nancy O’Roarke, brother Walter Cole, and countless friends and family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Virginia Cole.
Before his mobility became limited, Bob enjoyed camping, fishing, and golf. He will be remembered fondly, especially in the grocery “dairy area,” where his laughter will echo in our hearts.
Rest in peace, Bob. You will be deeply missed and forever loved.
