She was born May 13, 1955 in Portland the daughter of Winfield, Jr. and Shirley (Rideout) Tinkham.
Aimee was a graduate of Portland High School, class of 1974. In earlier years she worked at Lekousi’s Bakery. Later she worked at the Barron Center and, most recently, as a manager for Moonlight Cleaners in Gorham.
She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, whom she adored. She also loved the companionship of the many cats that filled her home over the years.
Aimee is survived by her long-time partner, Dell Burnell; her three children, Debra Bruns and her fiancé Andrew Penn of Albany New York, Lisa Huntley of North Windham, and Michael Huntley of Buxton; her brother, Guy Tinkham of South Portland; five grandchildren, Keegan, Ryan, Ryleigh, Jayden, and Freya; and her nephews, Guy Winfield Tinkham of Standish and Brandon Whitney of Rose City Michigan.
She was predeceased by her parents.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, April 1 at Jones, Rich, and Barnes Funeral Home, 199 Woodford Street, Portland with a burial following at Calvary Cemetery in South Portland.
