Born in Fall River, Mass, Antoinette was a resident of Port St. Lucie, FL for 27 years, moving from Mass.
Prior to retirement, Mrs. Valcourt was a seamstress for Advanced Frocks in Fall River, Mass for 20 years.
She was a member of Port St. Lucie Catholic Church in Port St. Lucie; as well as a member of the Moose Lodge #513, Elks Lodge, and the Polish American Club of Port St. Lucie, FL. She was also a volunteer at St. Lucie Medical Center and Palm Garden Nursing Home in Port St. Lucie, FL.
She was predeceased by her husband, Lionel Valcourt in 2005; and siblings, Rose Gauthier, Eva Galant, Bertha Bilodeau, Deila Machaud, Florence Casta, Sister Anna, Emil Bilodeau and Alma Piez.
Survivors include a daughter, Carol Marceau and husband Normand of Bourne, Mass; one son, Leo Valcourt and wife Lena of Port St. Lucie, FLL; seven grandchildren, Dawn Valcourt-Shaver, Leo Mark Valcourt, Bradford Petty, Brian Petty, Timothy Marceau, Robert Marceau and Keith Marceau; fourteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Sunday, February 3, 2013 from 7:00PM-9:00PM at the Aycock Funeral Home in Port St. Lucie, FL.
A Mass of Christian burial will be Monday, February 4, 2013, 9:30 AM at St. Lucie Catholic Church, Port S. Lucie, FL, with entombment at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Fort Pierce, FL.
