Karen E. Armand

Karen E. Armand, 73, of Port Orange FL passed away July 31, 2021. She was born in Springfield, MA on March 29, 1948 to Herbert and Katherine (nee Bressen) Toelken. An avid video poker player, Karen enjoyed relaxing at the casinos and spending time with her family.  She was also an animal lover.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Henry “Hank” J. Armand; sons, Tony J. and wife Michaela Armand, and Michael S. Armand; grandsons Tresten Armand, Michael S. Armand; granddaughter, Alexis M. Armand; niece Diane and husband Michael Stone of West Springfield MA; nephew Michael and wife Sheila Armand of Nashua, NH; nephew Christian “Chris”  Armand and fiancée Heather Thomas of Reno, NV; niece Chantal (nee Armand) McGill of Agawam, MA; sister in law, Jos Thresher of Springfield, MA;  niece Lynn and husband Eric Mason of Forest, VA; niece Lee Ann and husband Michael Gregos of Coral Springs, FL; nephew Mark and wife Lisa Lasorsa of Charlton, MA; niece Laura Owens of Wellington, FL; niece Lisa Pessel of Boynton Beach, FL; sister and brother in law, Jessie and Michael Losorsa, Forest, VA; and brother Herbert and wife Jeanette Toelken of West Chester, OH.

Karen was met in heaven by her sons Mark and William who welcomed her home.

Per her wishes, there will be no service.  Donations in Karen’s honor may be made to Halifax Health Hospice. Arrangements have been entrusted to Shannon Maloney Funeral Home, Port Orange FL.
