Nathan “Nate” Townsend, 57, of Point Comfort passed away September 19, 2015. He was born January 22, 1958 in Dallas, TX to Davis Townsend Sr. and Wanda Jane Elmore Townsend. He worked for the Port of Point Comfort and loved to BBQ, hunt and fish.
He is survived by his wife, Maria L. Arabia; daughter, Jannette Carbajal (Osbaldo); sister, Nadine Townsend and granddaughter, Arianna Carbajal.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A Memorial Service will be held Monday, September 21, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Richardson-Colonial Funeral Home in Port Lavaca.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Hospice of South Texas.
