Jesus was born on December 30, to Maria Saenz and Pedro Castillo. After Jesus graduated from Calhoun High School in 2013, he went on to study instrumentation at Victoria College. After receiving his certification, he started his career at Formosa as an Analyzer Technician, kickstarting an 8-year career in the field. Jesus had an infectious charisma and was a walking encyclopedia of information. His smile could brighten any space and make everyone around him happy. Jesus cherished spending time with his loved ones and his family. He adored his work crew and worked incredibly hard. Jesus was a practical joker who could make you laugh and instantly improve any negative circumstance. Jesus loved anything that had to do with technology. He cherished riddles and learning; he was incredibly inquisitive and frequently uttered the phrase "question everything." He loved Star Wars, video games, his dog Aguya, adventures, and traveling. Jesus was autonomous, self-reliant, sensitive, and passionate. Jesus is survived by his father Pedro Castillo and mother Maria Saenz, his sister Abigail Castillo and brother Jose Castillo, his aunts Adelaida Castillo, Carmen Castillo and Elda Castillo, his uncles Marco Castillo, Argelio Saenz Jr., Mario Saenz, and David Saenz, his grandmothers Jovita Castillo and Maria Elena Saenz and grandfather, Argelio Saenz, and numerous cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Doroteo Castillo and aunt, Francisca Castillo Pineda.
Our lives were enriched by his presence, and he will forever be missed.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 from 5-8 p.m. at Richardson-Colonial Funeral Home. There will be a prayer service held during the visitation from 6:30-7 p.m.
