Paul is survived by his spouse of 40 years Claire. Loving father of Paul (Megan), John (Jessica) and James (Melissa). Proud and beloved grandfather of Harrison, Leo, Nicholas, Martin and Graham.
Paul enjoyed working out, playing golf and watching the Yankees and Giants. He loved gardening, especially his assortment of fig trees and made a great fig jam every year. He enjoyed cooking and pairing wines with different recipes. His sweet tooth inspired him to make his own ice cream and a pretty mean cheesecake. He also had a passion for astronomy and loved taking out his telescope and showing us all the beauty of the night skies.
He and Claire loved to travel having visited Bermuda, Ireland, Italy, Hawaii, California and South Carolina in recent years. Most of all he loved spending time with his family and friends at poolside parties.

A visitation for Paul will be held Tuesday, October 15, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at O. B. Davis Funeral Homes, 4839 Nesconset Highway, Port Jefferson Station, NY 11776. A visitation will take place on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 4839 Nesconset Highway, Port Jefferson Station, NY 11776. A funeral mass will take place on Thursday, October 17, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Frances Cabrini Church, 134 Middle Country Rd, Coram, NY 11727. A committal service will occur Thursday, October 17, 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 3442 NY-112, Coram, NY 11727.
