Joe and I worked together at Verizon many years ago and have stayed in touch and socialized almost every Thursday since then. He    was the best friend I ever had or ever will have.  I'm going to miss you my friend.  Bill McMahon

Joe was a friend aboard ship.  Lot's of fun talking with him about things!  Enjoyed talking to him at Purvis reunions and on the phone.
So sad.  He will be missed.

Joseph was a Lifetime member of the Hugh Purvis Reunion Association. We last saw Joe in Norfolk Va. in June of 2023. We will certainly miss him at our annual gathering.

My deepest sympathies to the family of Joseph Quinn Jr. I remember the time Joseph was in Las Vegas, Nevada and he, Kathryn Quinn, Greg Niemasik and I went to a Las Vegas Aviators baseball game.
