Norma A. Griffith, 81, died peacefully at home on Wednesday, September 6, 2017. She was predeceased by her parents, Frank & Laura Gage; husband, Richard; sisters, Barbara, Elsie and Jackie. She is survived by her loving daughters, Robin & Richard White, Penny Griffith and Sallyann & Ed Campbell; one granddaughter, Jessica Griffith; many family members and special friends. Norma bravely fought multiple myeloma for nearly 20 years. She retired from Ideal Senior Living Center after many years of service as an LPN on Daisy Court. She enjoyed playing poker, singing off key, riding motorcycles with friends and family and taking nature walks. Norma loved attending church services and Bible study. She was a devoted mother whose legacy lives through her daughters and granddaughter. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm on Friday, September 8, 2017 at Wm. R. Chase & Son Funeral Home, 737 Chenango Street, Port Dickinson, NY 13901. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at the funeral home at 10:00 am.
