Carolyn L. Wood (DeAngelis, Dearborn), age 81, of Windsor, New York passed away on Sunday, July 2, 2023. She was predeceased by her parents, Louise and Benjamin DeAngelis; her sister, Janice Lake; brother, Albert DeAngelis; and her first husband, Landon Dearborn. She is survived by her husband, Homer Wood; sons, David (Patsy) Dearborn, and Scott (Tanya) Dearborn; grandchildren, Zachary Dearborn, Benjamin Dearborn, Makenzie (Jared) Soares, Dr. Makayla Dearborn, and Caden Dearborn; and her sisters, Joan Race and Mary Pat DeAngelis.
Carolyn was an elementary school teacher for 32 years, and retired from the Windsor Central School District.
A visitation will be held from 10am - 11am on Friday, July 7, 2023, at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 594 Kent St., Windsor, NY. A Funeral Mass will follow at 11am. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Windsor. In lieu of flowers, please consider honoring Carolyn with a donation to the American Cancer Society or to a charity of your choice.
