Betty E. Palmer, 94, passed away peacefully into the arms of her Lord on Saturday, October 6, 2018. She was predeceased by her first husband Charles, second husband Ward, grandson Kim, brother Thomas & wife Marie, sister Margaret & husband LaVerne and niece Linda. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Duane & Joan Palmer; grandchildren Tim (AnnMarie) Bouren and Tammy Jablonsky; great grandsons Tim Jr., Matthew, Andrew (Rowan) and Joshua; great great grandchildren Jackson and Liliana; sister Shirley Richards; nieces and nephews Larry (Cheri), Judy, Margaret Mary (Daniel), Thomas J. (Trudy); and several great nieces and nephews and special neighbors.
She was a wonderful mother and grandmother who will be dearly missed. Betty was a retired employee of Vail-Ballou. We would like to send a special thank you to the staff of Binghamton General Hospital for their compassionate care.
The family will receive friends at the Chenango Bridge United Methodist Church on Thursday, October 11, 2018 from 10-11am. Funeral Services will follow at 11am. The burial will be in the Chenango Valley Cemetery.
