M. Helen Lee, 81, of Port Arthur, passed away on Saturday, April 20, 2013. Helen was born December 29, 1931 in Jasper, Texas to the late C. C. Jordan and R.V. Wilson. Helen is described by her family as a loving wife and devoted mother. Helen raised her children and then later began her career as a Nurse at St. Mary’s Hospital. Helen was very active in church all her life and will be missed by many in her community.
Helen is preceded in death by her parents, brother, Everett Jordan, and sister, Patricia Morgan.
Helen is survived by her husband, Raymond H. Lee, Jr., sons, Raymond K. Lee of Port Arthur; Danny Lee of Kentucky; daughters, Carolyn Tullis and her husband Larry of Port Arthur; Linda Coleman and her husband Dr. Matthew Coleman of Missouri; brother Charles Jordan and his wife Kay of China, TX.; sister, Dorothy Moreau and her husband R. Moreau of San Antonio; 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, April 26, 2013 at Memorial Baptist Church, 4011 Memorial Blvd. Port Arthur.
