Funeral Services will be held at RED CREEK MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH, 630 Smith Town Road, Wiggins, MS, on Friday, August 4, 2017 at 11:00 a.m., family will receive friends an hour prior to service. Burial will immediately follow at Davis Cemetery, Lumberton, MS.

There will be an evening visitation at RED CREEK MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH, on Thursday, August 3, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. until 900 p.m.

Ms. Mary will be missed dearly by her family and friends. She always had a smile on her face anytime you would see her. She was a 4-H Volunteer Leader, a member of the Home Makers Club, she was the Secretary of Red Creek Missionary Baptist Church and worked as a secretary for Farm Bureau for 28 years.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Luther Smith and Grace Dale Smith; husband, LD Pete Davis; two brothers, Doyle P Smith and Elvidge Smith.

Ms. Mary leaves to cherish her memories to her four children; Larry Davis (Robbie), Laura Folkes (Alton), Myra Smith (Aaron) and Dan Davis (Pam); eight Grandchildren, Caycee Simon (Adam), Megan Ashley (Austin), Bailey Folkes, Eddie Smith, Angelia Powell (Trenton), David Smith (Christy), Adam Davis (Kimberly) and Tyler Davis (Shannon); nine Great Grandchildren, Haven Simon, Saylem Simon, Hartlee Ruth Ashley, Sarah Smith, Emma Smith, Triston Powell, Anna Powell, Roddie Powell and Cardin Davis; a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces, great-great nephews, extended family and friends.
