Irene Louise Sortino- Born in Coney Island,NY and long time resident of Pompano Beach,Florida, Irene was a loving mother, beloved grandmother, and devoted wife. She was preceded in death by Frank Sortino, her cherished husband of 63 years as well as her sister, Vincenza Durante, brother Michael Porzio,niece Lucille Totten, and grandson David Sortino. Irene is survived by one daughter, Sarah Sortino Bleau(Dr. Curtis Bleau), and three sons; George Sortino, Dr. John Sortino(Linda Bourget), and Vincent Sortino(Michelle) as well as nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly. Funeral services will be held at St.Coleman's Catholic Church in Pompano Beach followed by prayers at Pompano Beach Cemetery.
