It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of an exceptional man, Brian Pearce, on Monday, April 29, 2019 at the West Island Palliative Care Residence at the age of 91. Dearly loved husband of Cynthia (née Watt) for 65 years. Adored and cherished father to Cindy (André Zylinski) and Janet (the late Gregg Corcoran). Amazing Gaga to his grandchildren Mark (Tammy), Stephen (Ariane), Courtney (Mark), Christine (Marc) and Cameron and great-grandchildren Isla and Pearce. Pre-deceased by his parents Gilbert Henry and Edith Atwater Scarff and by his brother Rev. John G. Pearce. A natural athlete, avid bridge player and an entrepreneur, Brian was positive, enthusiastic and lived his life to the fullest. Most of all, he loved and took care of his family. Good job, Gaga! Visitation will be held at Collins Clarke in Pointe Claire on Thursday, May 9 from 5:00-7:30 pm. On Friday, May 10, there will be visitation at 10:30 followed by the funeral in the chapel at 11:30. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the West Island Palliative Care Residence or the Old Brewery Mission would be appreciated.
