Nicholas left behind his mother, Cindy Rodriguez, and father, Joseph Rodriguez; his brother Jacob Rodriguez; his widow Jennifer Stead; two beautiful babies, Brooke Aspen Rodriguez & Lucas Braulio Rodriguez; grandparents Wanda Birdsong, Mitchell Dykes, Anselmo, Linda Rodriguez, and lots of cousins.
