Wright, Joseph Thomas, 96, of Plant City passed away on September 21, 2019. He was born on May 7, 1923 to John and Eleanor Leonard Wright in St. Louis, Missouri. He was a WWII Veteran and a devout Catholic. He owned and operated Auto Agencies, was a clock maker, and had a love of all dogs, especially his beloved “grand-dog, Daisy.”
He was predeceased by his loving wife, Margaret; brothers, Jack and Emmett and his sisters, Florence and Mary. He is survived by his sister, Grace Mayer, his daughter; Brigette (Les) Cole, sons; Patrick (Nancy), Peter (Kim), Jay, and Gavin (Jill) Wright, and grandchildren; Jake and Kyle Cole and Amy Wright.
A visitation will take place on Thursday, September 26th at Wells Memorial Funeral Home, 1903 West Reynolds Street, Plant City, Florida from 6-8 p.m. and a Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, September 27, 2019 at St. Clements Catholic Church, 1104 N. Alexander Street, Plant City, Florida at 9:00 a.m.
