George Desota Cannon Jr.

George served in the National Guard and worked as a meat packer for Lykes Brothers for years.

He was preceded in death by his wife Jeraline Cannon.

Survivors include his two daughters: Sharon Rasner (Jeff), Melissa Koltz (Jeff); one brother, Russell Cannon; two grandchildren: Jeffrey and Chris Rasner, and two great-grandchildren: Damion an Desiree Rasner.

Visitation with family and friends will be 6 pm to 8 pm on Friday, January 22, 2021 at Wells Memorial Funeral Home in Plant City, Florida. A funeral service will take place at 11 am on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at Mt. Enon Primitive Baptist Church, also of Plant City, Florida. Burial will be at Mt. Enon Cemetery.
