Gene Mobley, age 49, of Plant City, Florida passed away on Saturday, August 14, 2021. Gene was born March 16, 1972 in Tampa, Florida to Ronnie and Janet Mobley.

He enjoyed fishing, coaching his son's baseball and basketball teams as well as his daughter's softball team. He loved all things outdoors and spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ronnie Mobley. He is survived by his wife, Kim; children, Chase and Rylee Mobley; mother, Janet Mobley; sister, Jennifer Collins (Shawn); brother, Brian Mobley (Crystal); nieces, nephews, and many friends.

A celebration of life service for Gene will be held Thursday, August 26, 2021 at 6:00 PM at First Freewill Baptist Church, 11605 US-92, Seffner, FL 33584, with a visitation beginning at 5:15 p.m.
