Thomas Ralph Suever, age 59, was called to his eternal rest on December 6, 2024 at his home in Irving, Texas.
He was a loving son, brother, nephew, and uncle. He was an avid Ohio State University Buckeye football fan. He was a kind man with a friendly smile you could always talk to, and the topic was -often- about OSU football, 365 days a year. He loved analyzing the scenarios and rooting for whatever gave OSU the best chance in the playoff. He also loved Delphos St. John school in Ohio, following the Blue Jays in all sports. He spent years glued to the radio on Friday evenings listening to WDOH broadcasting the games. He also loved music, especially TSO. He finished the trifecta of concerts he wanted to see this year.
Thomas was born on January 24, 1965 in Lima, Ohio to Irvin and Alice (Wiechart) Suever, the 4th of 5 children. He graduated from Delphos St. John High School in 1983, and moved to Dallas, TX in 1985. He worked most recently at the Parking Spot South in Irving, Texas.
Thomas is preceded in death by his parents, Alice (Wiechart) and Irvin Suever, and his sister Susan Lenhart.
Thomas is survived by siblings: Daniel Suever, Jeanne (Peter Rickert), and Diane (Paul Nuveman Jr); brother-in-law Tony (Mary Ellen) Lenhart; nieces: April (Mike Pocius), Christin Winter, Juliette (Johnny Price), Theresa (Andy Sanders), and his favorite nephew Bradley (Jessica Taylor) Rickert; 5 great-nieces & nephews: Wesley Winter, Lilyan Winter, Grant Pocius, Josephine Price, and Jordana Price, as well as numerous cousins.
Tom was a kind and gentle soul and he was loved by all. He will be missed.
A private family memorial will be held. Memorial donations in Thomas's name may be made to Delphos St. John School.
