Age 90, of McCandless, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 8, 2014. Brother of Rosemarie Dietly; longtime companion and best friend of Janice Baird. Joe served in the Navy during WWII, he was a pressman for the Pittsburgh Press and the Post-Gazette and he loved his cat "Cookie".
