Wing Fong Wong

94, of Phoenix, passed away on February 2, 2017. Born September 11, 1922, in Tai San, China to Don Fung Wong and Ngan Ho Wong, he moved and settled in Phoenix from Hong Kong with his family in 1972. Wing enjoyed the game of Mahjong and loved to watch soccer and basketball games on TV. He will be greatly missed by his family and those had crossed paths with him. Wing was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Ngan Sin, his parents, son in law – Chuck Woo, a brother and 2 sisters. He is survived by his 8 children, Sun Yee (Clarence), Lily Woo, Suelina Fong (Wilson), Jason (Jenny), Charles (Augustina), Wah Sing (Eva), Yolanda Hom (Don) and Richard (Oralia), 24 Grandchildren, Janet Yee, George Yee, Betty Yee Janusson (John), James Yee (Ipi), Carl Woo, Tauny Woo Winkleblech (Steve), Geneva Chan (Stu), Christina Woo, Phillip Fong (Nadine), Albert Fong, Hubert Fong (Judy), Justin Wong, Leslie Wong, Diana Wong Mele (Gianni), Rosanna Wong Hwang (Zane), Victoria Wong, Tim Wong, Emily Peterson (Joe), Leeza Hom, Alison Hom, Megan Hom, Andrew Hom, Jasmine Wong, and Michelle Wong, 15 Great Grandchildren, a brother, 2 sisters and many nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 12, 2017, at 1:00 pm with visitation an hour before the service at Greenwood Memory Lawn, 719 N. 27th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85009.
