Samuel Anthony Doherty, 61 of Phoenix, AZ, passed away on October 3, 2015. He was born on December 26, 1954 in El Paso, Texas. Samuel honorably served his country in the United States Army from September 10, 1974 until August 31, 1976. Before retirement in 2010, Samuel worked for CIGNA as a Carrier.
Samuel will be forever loved and deeply missed by his family and friends. He is survived by his beloved wife of 27 years, Isabel Doherty; loving daughter, Kyla Monique Doherty (Rion Hunt); loving son, Jacob Anthony Doherty; two dear grandchildren, Adalyn Maribel Hunt and Anthony John Milton Hunt; one loving brother, Robert Ross (Vivian) Doherty.
The Memorial service will be at 3:00 PM on Friday, October 9, 2015 with Visitation beginning at 2:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Greer Wilson Chapel, 5921 W. Thomas Rd., Phoenix, AZ. (623) 245-0994.
