.Robert M. Gooch, JR., age 75, passed away 9/20/2017 in Phoenix, AZ after his courageous battle with ALS Disease. Robert is survived by his sister Nancy Gooch, daughters Heather L. Evans & Holly L. Gooch, granddaughters Kamery A. Evans & Kylie A. Evans & son-in-law Douglas M. Evans.
Service will be held at 1:00PM on Saturday, September 30, 2017 at Shadow Mountain Mortuary, 2350 E. Greenway Rd in Phoenix.
